I needed someone to do the re-configuration, CAD and interior design on an old historic row house in Albany, New York. 

The property was vacant, pigeons the only residents, so quite dirty and challenging.

Chris came in, did very detailed measurements, CAD and wonderful new layout of the new interiors. 

I am at present acquiring another property and hoping to work with Chris again for his honesty, integrity, very high skills and knowledge of construction and building codes.”
